Our regular full crinolines are made of 12" ruffles of tulle sandwiched between layers of polyester to keep the tulle from scratching your legs and give a smooth appearance on the outside. The outside layer of polyester has a decorative lace hem. The waist is adjustable elastic with a hook and eye closure and can accommodate waists 24" to 46".
