Vegas Bridals & Fashion Boutique offers the following Returns Policy:
Due to the nature of formal wear we can not accept returns (Except on Vegas Clothing Co. items, see below), unless it was due to our error, such as wrong dress, size or color was supplied. If returning an item due to our error by mail please e-mail or call us with your intent to return and get a Return Authorization Number (RAN). The RAN must be written on the outside of the box. Any items returned without an RAN will be refused and mailed back to you. Returns must be post marked within 3 days of you receiving the item. It must be in new unused condition in the original packaging.
We do accept returns on our casual wear line from Vegas Clothing Company. It must be returned unworn in its original packaging within 15 days of delivery to you. If returning the item directly to our store you must have the receipt and it must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
Please realize that due to shipping your dress will arrive slightly wrinkled and you will need to steam it yourself or have it professionally steamed.
Also as with every wedding or formal dress you may need to take it to your local seamstress for minor alterations to make it fit you perfectly. If you live in the Eddyville or Western Ky area and wish to pick up your order from our location choose the "will call" option in the shipping field and you will save the shipping cost. If you choose the "will call" option you must provide us with a phone number and/or e-mail address so we can contact you when your order arrives. Otherwise shipping will be charged and your order will be delivered to your door. Shipping times are noted in the dress description and vary by designer.
