Store Policies Vegas Bridals, Prom & Pageant offers the following Returns Policy: Due to the nature of formal wear we can not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, unless it was due to our error, such as wrong dress, size or color was supplied. If returning an item due to our error by mail please e-mail or call us with your intent to return and get a Return Authorization Number (RAN). The RAN must be written on the outside of the box. Any items returned without an RAN will be refused and mailed back to you. Returns must be post marked within 3 days of you receiving the item. It must be in new unused condition in the original packaging. Please realize that due to shipping your dress will arrive slightly wrinkled and you will need to steam it yourself or have it professionally steamed. Also as with every wedding or formal dress you may need to take it to your local seamstress for minor alterations to make it fit you perfectly.
